HERIZEN™ Sailing and Self-Awareness courses are inspired and designed for women by women.  

We provide personalized sailing lessons for women, dynamic sailing and self-awareness programs, fun yoga and women sail training adventures, executive sailing retreats for novices and women with experience guaranteed to build confidence and expand your sailing and personal or professional skills.

Enhance your well-being.  HERIZEN™ Sailing school for women offers a range of sailing and self-awareness courses, women sailing and self-awareness  training adventures in the Gulf Islands, San Juan Islands, Desolation Sound and Van Isle Circumnavigations in beautiful British Columbia, Canada as well as women sailing British Virgin Islands, Baja Sailing for Women and Women Sailing Belize.  

Our women sailing school offers Canadian Yachting Association Basic, Intermediate and Advanced sail training.  We also offer the Canadian Coast Guard Pleasure Craft operator exams. Ask for details.
